MotoGP: officers, 1000CC from 2012 and new rules

In a statement, the FIM, the International Motorcycling Federation, has made official the return of 1000cc for MotoGP 2012, with some additions. Before getting into more technical detail in a later article, mainly the engines are expected from 1000 cubic centimeters, 4-cylinder, a bore of 81mm, a reservoir of 21 liters, weighing 153 kg, while the 800s (which will continue to run with the new motion), stood at 150 kg. Engines? Like now, 6 per season for the pilot.

For teams involved in "CRT" (Claiming Rule Teams), list of teams that will be made official next month of May, there will be opportunities to have 12 engines for the championship and take a tank of 24 liters.

What will these teams? Individuals (FB Corse, Inmotec) and, who knows, maybe even some house officer in difficulty (Suzuki?): For this to wait until next May.
